Newcastle United have joined the list of clubs interested in Villarreal winger, Samuel Chukwueze.

La Liga giants Real Madrid and Premier League club, Aston Villa have been credited with interest in the Nigeria international.

Newcastle United, who are close to securing a place in the UEFA Champions League next season are now eyeing a move for the pacy winger.

According to Relevo, the Magpies want Chukwueze to replace Frenchman Allan Saint-Maximim who is set to depart the club this summer.

The 23-year-old has been in scintillating form for the Yellow Submarine this season.

Chukwueze has registered 13 goals and provided 11 assists in 46 appearances across all competitions
