Popular Nigerian controversial journalist Kemi Olunloyo has reacted to the viral video of a young boy telling his mother to calm down.
Recall that The executive governor of Lagos state, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, on Wednesday, July 29, asked to meet the boy in the viral video imploring his mom to calm down.
According to Kemi, the video is a disgusting video of child abuse.
She pointed out that In the United States, the child would have been taken away to DSS custody for emotional abuse.
Taking to her Twitter page on Friday, she wrote: “#mummycalmdown is a disgusting video of child abuse. In the United States, the child would have been taken away to DSS custody for emotional abuse. Department of social services will make the mother a weekly visitor to her child. The person filming is an idiot.
“Continue celebrating child domestic abuse and now the child’s name is all over the internet. Until the parents show up at those foreign embassies and she is questioned then visa denied. You just don’t post certain things online videotaping your child before corporal punishment.
“American children are actually not useless. It’s in Nigeria that more useless children are raised. Why are our children in Boko Haram or doing Yahoo, Kidnapping or cultism? Remember I lived 6 mos in a prison and met youth 18-25 all stuck in prison with many parents with no bail.”
