Nigerian musician Oladapo Daniel Oyebanjo, better known by his stage name D’banj, has reacted to his rape Allegation
The music star is alleged to have raped Seyitan Babatayo back in 2018.

Reacting to this via his cocual media platforms on Monday 22nd of june, he wrote: “Innocent until proven guilty…., STOP SOCIAL MEDIA TRIAL .#SAY NO TO RAPE AND HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATION”

Recall the ‘Koko Master’ crooner had slammed Seyitan Babatayo with an N100 million defamation lawsuit after she accused him of raping her at Glee hotel in Victoria Island, Lagos, in 2018.
The Inspector-General of Police, Mohammed Adamu has also ordered a probe into the rape allegation levelled against Dbanj by Seyitan.
According to Punch, the IG ordered the probe following a petition written by the lawyer to Babatayo, Mr. Tommy Ojoge-Daniel.
Her lawyer Olamide Omileye of Ojoge, Omileye, and Partners, alleged that she was forced to delete her tweets on the rape allegation while in police custody.
Dbanj has been under intense scrutiny from the public after it was perceived that he was bulling Babatayo.
