President Mohammodu Buhari will address Nigerians tomorrow in his usual recorded broadcast as the country awaits another directives and policies on the ongoing gradual easing of the lockdown.
Dr. Sanni Aliyu, the National Coordinator for the Presidential Task Force on COVID-19 made this known this evening while answering questions on Channels TV on the further possible ease of the lockdown by the federal government.
Aliyu said that while the nation will have to wait for the president to address the nation tomorrow on the next step as regarding the lockdown, Nigerians should continue to protect themselves as no cure or treatment for the virus is in place.
He said “protection is important and we have to protect each other from the spread of the virus by following all the guidelines made available which include social distancing, regular washing of hands, using of hand sanitizers and etcetera.”
The president had addressed the nation on COVID-19 measures on three previous occasions and tomorrow will be the fourth.
