Chelsea football club are putting their top four hope alive as the blues continue their impressive run with a win over Fulham. The Blues won the match which was played on Sunday by 2 goals to 1. The three goals came in the first half of the game with Gonzalo Higuain putting the visitors ahead after receiving a pass from Azpilicueta in box 18.
The home side responded with a goal from former Arsenal player, Chambers who superbly converted a corner kick. The blues responded almost immediately with a goal from Jorginho. The second half was an intense one as both sides threatened their defense but the match ended 2-1 in favour of Chelsea.
Meanwhile, Chelsea goalkeeper, Kepa Arrizabalaga, who was suspended last week in the match against Tottenham over indiscipline regained his position in the game against Fulham.
With the win, Chelsea are a point away from Arsenal and two away from Man Utd with a match still in hand.
Meanwhile, Liverpool lost the chance of going top of the log after playing a goaless match against Everton yesterday evening. Manchester City now tops the table with 71 points while Liverpool follows with 70 points.
