Named Thomas Chidoka Centre for Human Development, the centre comprises of a Theatre Hall, ICT centre and upcoming Musuem of Obosi history. The centre owned by Nkemefuna Foundation is dedicated to promoting ICT, Igbo Language, Music and Arts.
