BREAKING: Tinubu Becomes Nigeria’s 16th President, Pledges Allegiance To Nigeria
President Bola Tinubu has taken the oath of office. He was sworn in at exactly 10.37 am.
He becomes the 16th president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
The President was sworn in by the Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Kayode Ariwoola. He was accompanied by his wife, Senator Oluremi Tinubu.

As the President of Nigeria, he pledged to perform his duties, and abide by the conduct contained in Nigeria’s constitution.
He also pledged that his personal interest will not affect his decision but promised to discharge his duties as the president of Nigeria.
He said,”I Bola Ahmed Tinubu do solemnly pledge allegiance to the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
I will abide by the code of conduct . preserve, protect and defend the constitution of Nigeria, So help me God. ”
